Terms & Conditions

We provide bespoke grazing buffets for weddings, special occasions, corporate lunches and dinner parties. We ask for a minimum of one month notice to ensure we have availability to cater for your event and to discuss preferences. A 10% deposit is required on booking and the balance is paid two weeks before the event.

A full written quote will be supplied upon request and invoiced as required.

 

We deliver grazing platters and boxes locally to Blaenavon, South Wales. Delivery for Blaenavon residents is free but chargeable for further locations. The delivery charge will be confirmed to you when order is received.

Collection may be available with prior confirmation.

 

We cannot specify the time for delivery but will let you know as far in advance as possible.

Please let us know if there will be someone at home to accept the delivery on the day as the platters will need to be stored in the refrigerator straight away.

 

On receipt, refrigeration is required if not consumed straight away.

We recommend that you consume within 24 hours of delivery. 

 

Please note all of our products are made in a kitchen that uses cereals containing gluten, eggs, milk, tree nuts, peanuts, soya, sulphites nuts, peanuts, soya, sulphites sulphur/sulphur dioxide, sesame, fish, mustard and celery dioxide, sesame, fish, mustard and celery /celeriac. Whilst we take every precaution to avoid cross contamination, unfortunately we cannot guarantee any of our items are allergen free.

 

Ingredients are subject to change without notice due to delivery interruptions and stock/supply chains issues.  

 

Green Gables Grazing platters and boxes responsibility of the platter box or platter and its contents ends at point of delivery to the address you provided.

 

Cancellations within seven days of the booking will be non-refundable.
